Jacobs Holding

Jacobs Holding is a Swiss private investment and holding company founded in 1994 by Klaus J. Jacobs. It is a long-term investment firm rather than an operating biotech, pharma, or healthcare product company, with investments spanning consumer, education, services, and healthcare-related businesses. In healthcare, its exposure has primarily been through ownership of provider and services assets such as Colosseum Dental Group, North American Dental Group, Helios Global Group, Stingray Healthcare, MedEuropa, and Sanoptis rather than through drug discovery or therapeutic development. In June 2025, Jacobs Holding and Telemos Capital combined to form Jacobs Capital. The firm is ultimately associated with the Jacobs family and the Jacobs Foundation and is focused on control or co-control investments in market-leading businesses.
