Jadeite Therapeutics is a Japanese biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative therapies for orphan and intractable diseases. Founded in 2020 by the healthcare-focused investment firm Jade Capital, the company operates under a "search and development" model, in-licensing late-stage clinical assets for the Japanese and Asian markets. Its pipeline includes pegzilarginase (JDT-001) for urea cycle disorders, as well as atrasentan (JDT-002) and zigakibart (JDT-003) for chronic kidney diseases such as IgA nephropathy.
