Jaeb Center for Health Research

The Jaeb Center for Health Research is a leading nonprofit contract research organization specializing in the coordination of multi-center clinical trials and epidemiologic research. Its primary focus areas are diabetes—including type 1, type 2, gestational, and cystic fibrosis-related forms—and eye diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, rare inherited retinal disorders, corneal transplants, as well as pediatric ophthalmology. In recent years it has coordinated over fifty active clinical studies annually with results published widely. JCHR has established itself as a premiere global coordinating center particularly for device-based diabetes management trials.
