Jamica Medical Center

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center is an active, private non-profit teaching hospital serving Queens, New York since 1891. It offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including emergency care, surgery, cancer treatment, cardiology, pulmonology (including lung cancer screening), OB/GYN services, pediatrics with NICU capabilities, mental health/psychiatry programs including crisis intervention and inpatient units. The center also operates long-term nursing care facilities and rehabilitation units. JHMC is recognized for quality patient care and serves as a clinical campus for the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine.
