JDS Therapeutics is a specialty pharmaceutical and healthcare company focused on developing, clinically substantiating, and commercializing natural, bioactive compounds and specialty ingredients. Founded in 2011 by the father-son duo Phillip and Michael Satow, the company has historically operated through two main divisions: JDS Women's Health (which developed products like Relizen and Serenol under Bonafide Health) and Nutrition21 (which developed ingredients like Chromax, Nitrosigine, and Lustriva).
