JelikaLite has developed "Cognilum," a home-based wearable LED device for children with autism that delivers non-invasive transcranial photobiomodulation. The system integrates real-time sensors and an AI-driven feedback loop to personalize treatment. Results from double-blind and open-label clinical studies have shown improvements in responsiveness, speech, and social interaction in autistic children. The product has received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation but is not yet commercially available. A recent peer-reviewed publication details positive outcomes from their open-label study in children aged 2–7 years old with ASD.
