Overview
JenaValve’s Trilogy Heart Valve System is the first transcatheter heart valve replacement device specifically designed to treat both severe symptomatic native aortic regurgitation and severe symptomatic native aortic stenosis in high surgical risk patients. The Trilogy System has received CE Mark approval in Europe for both indications and is currently being evaluated in the pivotal ALIGN-AR trial for U.S. FDA premarket approval. Two-year data from ALIGN-AR presented at TCT 2024 demonstrated positive safety and efficacy outcomes.
