Jiangxi Jade Biochemistry

Jiangxi Jade Biochemistry, officially known as Jiangxi Jiezhong Bio-Chemical Pharmacy Company Limited, was a pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution company based in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, China. The company was acquired in 2006 by AMDL Inc. (which later became Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation) through its subsidiary Jade Pharmaceutical Inc. (JPI). Its business focused on the production of generic western drug formulations, traditional Chinese medicines, and nutritional supplements, with a portfolio of over 48 products including a notable Polypeptide Injection. Following the financial decline and eventual SEC revocation of its parent company, Radient Pharmaceuticals, in 2014, the subsidiary was deconsolidated and is no longer considered an active entity.
