Cell2Cure is a Danish biotechnology company specializing in the development of allogeneic adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (ASC) therapies for cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases. Founded by Professor Jens Kastrup, the company's lead product, CSCC_ASC, is an "off-the-shelf" cell therapy produced in a GMP-certified facility at the Cardiology Stem Cell Centre in Copenhagen. The company is currently advancing clinical trials for indications including ischemic heart failure, non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy, and primary graft dysfunction following lung transplantation. In 2024, Cell2Cure secured a majority investment from Endeavour Cells to accelerate the technical and commercial development of its regenerative medicine pipeline.
