Company intelligence / Profile preview
JM Finn Capital Markets was the corporate finance and institutional stockbroking division of the UK-based wealth management firm JM Finn. The division was a prominent advisor to small and mid-cap companies, with a specialized focus on the healthcare, biotechnology, and technology sectors. It provided a range of services including equity research, capital raising, and M&A advisory, frequently acting as a Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) for companies on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. In May 2011, the capital markets business was acquired by FinnCap to strengthen its sector expertise and expand its client base. Following the acquisition, the team and its corporate clients were integrated into FinnCap's operations. The legacy of the business now exists within Cavendish Financial, formed by the subsequent merger of FinnCap and Cenkos Securities.
