Jordan Health Services

Jordan Health Services was a U.S. home-based healthcare company focused on skilled nursing, therapy, personal care, and hospice services for Medicare and Medicaid populations. The business operated across the south-central United States and served tens of thousands of patients through a broad network of care locations. Jordan expanded significantly under private equity ownership through acquisitions and diversification into additional home-care service lines. In May 2018, the company was acquired from Palladium and combined with Great Lakes Caring and National Home Health Care to form Elara Caring. As a result, Jordan Health Services no longer operates as an independent company brand.
