Its platform, described as the Journey Management Platform and later as JourneyWell, was used to automate personalized communication, collect longitudinal data, and support responsive care-team interventions. The company positioned its offerings primarily in mental health and care management rather than as a therapeutics developer. JourneyLabs appears to have operated commercially with pilot and customer deployments, but company databases now mark it as permanently closed. It was founded by former Symantec-related executives and was based in Central Florida.
