Juno's CAR T-cell product, Breyanzi (lisocabtagene maraleucel), was approved by the FDA in February 2021 for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory large-B-cell lymphoma who have not responded to, or who have relapsed after, at least two other types of systemic treatment[10]. Earlier clinical trials showed promising results with tumor shrinkage in patients with refractory leukemia and lymphoma[8].
