Junshi Risen (Shanghai) Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established in 2021 by Shanghai Junshi Biosciences and Risen (Suzhou) Pharma Tech. The company is focused on the research, development, and commercialization of innovative small molecule therapies, primarily in the field of oncology. Its lead candidate, JS105 (also known as RP903), is an oral PI3K-alpha inhibitor currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for the treatment of HR-positive, HER2-negative, PIK3CA-mutated advanced breast cancer and other solid tumors. Junshi Risen leverages the drug discovery expertise of Risen Pharma and the robust clinical development and commercialization infrastructure of Junshi Biosciences to address significant unmet medical needs.
