K4 Technology

K4 Technology was a Danish assisted reproductive technology company focused on direct product sales and service in the Nordic region for IVF laboratories. The company operated as an affiliate/reseller arm alongside IVFtech, supporting the assisted reproduction market with laboratory equipment and related products used in clinical embryology and IVF workflows. In July 2021, Hamilton Thorne acquired K4 Technology ApS together with IVFtech ApS as part of its expansion in the ART and developmental biology equipment market. K4 does not appear to have operated as a drug-development biotech; rather, it was a commercial healthcare equipment and distribution business serving fertility clinics and related laboratory customers.
