The company primarily focused on the development of cannabinoid-based medicines, with a lead program evaluating cannabidiol (CBD) for the prevention and treatment of Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD). This program was acquired through the 2017 purchase of Talent Biotechs Ltd. In 2021, the company's parent rebranded to Claritas Pharmaceuticals and shifted its strategic focus toward R-107, a nitric oxide-releasing prodrug intended for the treatment of COVID-19 and sepsis.
