Overview
KPG-818 has completed Phase IIa clinical trials for SLE in the US with promising preliminary efficacy in patients with cutaneous manifestations. It has received approval for Phase IIb trials for moderate to severe cutaneous manifestations of SLE in China. KPG-818 has also received IND approval for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma treatment in China, with Phase I trials completed in the US showing good safety, tolerability, and encouraging therapeutic effects.
