Kansas Health Information Network

Kansas Health Information Network (KHIN) is a provider-led health information exchange (HIE) that facilitates the secure exchange of clinical data among healthcare providers. Established by the Kansas Hospital Association and the Kansas Medical Society, KHIN provides a suite of services including real-time clinical data access, health analytics, and patient portal solutions. In 2021, KHIN merged with the Michiana Health Information Network to form KONZA, expanding its reach and technological capabilities. The organization focuses on improving care coordination, reducing medical errors, and enhancing the overall quality of healthcare through interoperable data solutions. Today, the entity operates as a national leader in health data interoperability, serving a diverse range of healthcare stakeholders.
