Katwijk Farma was a prominent Dutch pharmaceutical company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of generic medicines. Founded in 1913, the company established a strong presence in the European market, particularly in the Netherlands, with a portfolio covering therapeutic areas such as central nervous system disorders and cardiovascular health. In 1995, it was acquired by the Canadian pharmaceutical giant Apotex, serving as its European headquarters for many years.
