Keller Medical was a medical device company focused on developing innovative tools for plastic and reconstructive surgery. The company's flagship product, the Keller Funnel, is a proprietary, lubricated delivery device that enables the "no-touch" insertion of silicone gel breast implants. This technique is designed to reduce the risk of surgical site contamination, potentially lowering the incidence of capsular contracture and allowing for smaller surgical incisions. Keller Medical's technology became a standard of care in aesthetic surgery before the company was acquired by Allergan in 2017.
