Kenwood Therapeutics

Kenwood Therapeutics was a specialty pharmaceutical company that operated as the branded prescription division of Bradley Pharmaceuticals. The company focused on developing and commercializing therapies for niche markets in respiratory health, dermatology, and gastroenterology. Its product portfolio featured well-known brands such as Deconsal for cough and cold symptoms, Rosula for acne and rosacea, and AnaMantle for hemorrhoidal relief. Kenwood was acquired as part of the $346 million acquisition of Bradley Pharmaceuticals by Nycomed in 2008. Following the merger, its products were integrated into Nycomed's operations, which were subsequently absorbed by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company in 2011.
