KeraMed’s lead product, the KeraKlear Artificial Cornea, is a foldable synthetic implant designed for minimally invasive lamellar keratoplasty. It is CE Mark certified and available outside the US for treating major causes of cornea blindness. In the US, it remains investigational and limited to clinical studies. Early clinical results include successful surgeries in multiple countries and treatment of conditions such as macular corneal dystrophy.
