Kericho Clinical Research Center

The Kericho Clinical Research Center (KCRC) is a premier clinical trial site located in Kericho, Kenya, operating as a collaboration between the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) and the U.S. Army Medical Research Directorate-Africa (USAMRD-A). Established to address infectious disease threats, the center specializes in high-quality clinical research, particularly for HIV, malaria, and tuberculosis vaccines and therapeutics. KCRC features state-of-the-art laboratories and clinical facilities that meet international standards for Good Clinical Practice (GCP). The center plays a vital role in global health by conducting Phase 1 through Phase 3 clinical trials and providing comprehensive care to the local community.
