Overview

KeyBioscience has developed several DACRA molecules with KBP-336 being their newest focus as a once-weekly injectable for metabolic osteoarthritis. A new molecule is anticipated to enter Phase 2 studies for obesity and osteoarthritis in late 2024, with plans to enroll 600 people and dual primary endpoints on body weight and alleviation of OA pain. Previous Phase 2 trials have shown significant weight loss in people with obesity and clinically meaningful improvement of glycaemic control.
