Keyway TCR Discovery is Alloy Therapeutics’ T-cell receptor and TCR mimic discovery business focused on enabling next-generation immunotherapies against intracellular targets presented as peptide-MHC complexes. The business offers an end-to-end platform and services workflow spanning peptide-MHC production, antibody discovery, specificity screening, engineering, and functional validation for TCR mimics and engineered TCR-based therapeutics. Keyway is positioned as a platform and discovery engine rather than a company with a disclosed internal clinical pipeline, and it emphasizes discovery of highly specific binders suitable for immune cell engagers and other TCR-based formats. The platform was launched in January 2022 and is led by Dongxing Zha, who previously helped advance one of the first TCR mimic programs into the clinic. Keyway operates within Alloy Therapeutics’ broader biologics discovery ecosystem and supports partners pursuing oncology and other immune-mediated applications.
