KHEIR Community Clinic

KHEIR Center is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) based in Los Angeles, California, dedicated to providing linguistically and culturally sensitive healthcare to underserved populations. Founded in 1986 to serve the Korean-American community, it has grown into a comprehensive provider offering primary care, dental, optometry, and mental health services to all residents regardless of their ability to pay. The organization operates multiple clinic sites in the Koreatown area and serves as a critical safety net for low-income and uninsured individuals. KHEIR is notable for being the only FQHC in the United States providing full-scale services in the Korean language, alongside Spanish and English support.
