Ki-CONNECT

Ki-Connect is a South Korean biotechnology company specializing in the development of first-in-class small molecule therapeutics targeting the Ki-67 protein. Ki-67 is a well-established marker of cellular proliferation in oncology, but it has historically been considered an undruggable target due to its lack of enzymatic activity. Ki-Connect utilizes a proprietary platform to identify and develop protein-protein interaction (PPI) inhibitors that disrupt the critical functions of Ki-67 in cancer cell division. The company's lead program, KC-101, is currently in pre-clinical development for aggressive solid tumors, including gastric and pancreatic cancers.
