Kindred at Home was the largest provider of home health and hospice services in the United States, offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapies, and end-of-life care. Following its full acquisition by Humana in 2021, the company's home health operations were rebranded as CenterWell Home Health to align with Humana's healthcare services brand. The hospice and community care divisions were subsequently divested and now operate under the Gentiva name.
