Klinik Health Ventures

Klinik Health Ventures was a Canadian capital pool company formed to identify and complete a qualifying transaction in the healthcare sector. It completed its initial public offering in December 2019 on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol KHV.P. In March 2020, the company announced a qualifying transaction with 2576560 Ontario Inc., operating as NeuPath Health, a provider of chronic pain management services. On June 25, 2020, the transaction closed through a reverse takeover and the company changed its name to NeuPath Health Inc. As a result, Klinik Health Ventures did not operate a standalone drug development pipeline; its principal significance is as the predecessor public entity to NeuPath Health.
