Kodak Venture Partners was the corporate venture capital arm of the Eastman Kodak Company, established to invest in early-stage companies within the life sciences, digital imaging, and information technology sectors. The firm focused on identifying innovative startups that could leverage Kodak's deep expertise in chemistry, materials science, and imaging technologies to achieve commercial success. Within the healthcare space, its investment portfolio primarily targeted medical diagnostics, imaging platforms, and biotechnology innovations.
