Kominox is an orally administered arsenic-based small molecule developed by Komipharm with demonstrated anticancer activity and cancer pain-relieving efficacy through gene expression regulation and signal pathway modulation. It has shown promising results in preclinical models and is being evaluated in multiple clinical trials across 14 metastatic cancer types including glioblastoma multiforme. The compound is also approved as a non-opioid cancer painkiller for animals by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration.
