KOP Research Centre

KOP Research Centre (KRC) is the dedicated research and development arm of Kumar Organic Products Limited (KOPL), established in 2001 and located in Bengaluru, India. Spanning over 20,000 square feet, the center is staffed by approximately 40 scientists and is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. KRC specializes in contract research, process development, custom synthesis, and analytical services for the cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and specialty chemical segments. Its technical capabilities include synthetic organic chemistry, microbial fermentation, biocatalysis, and enzymatic reactions. The center develops a variety of active ingredients, including biopolymers, biopeptides, and ferment extracts, supporting clients from early-stage research to pilot-scale manufacturing.
