Kraft Foods Group was a prominent North American food and beverage company that operated independently following its spin-off from Kraft Foods Inc. in 2012. The company managed a diverse portfolio of iconic household brands, including Kraft, Oscar Mayer, Velveeta, and Maxwell House.
