The firm is not a biotech, pharma, CRO, CMO or healthcare operating company, although it has a specialist advisory practice serving life sciences businesses such as start-ups, university spin-outs, CROs, biotech, medtech and digital health companies. Its services span audit and assurance, corporate finance, tax, restructuring, legal, valuation, payroll, and wealth management. Kreston Reeves operates across London and the South East of England and is part of the wider Kreston network. In February 2026, Kreston Reeves announced that it would join forces with AAB, with Kreston Reeves becoming AAB's regional hub in London and the South East, subject to deal completion and regulatory approvals.
