KS Biologics (KSBL) is a South Korean biotechnology company and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) established in 2023 as a joint venture between Kukjeon Pharmaceutical and SN Bioscience. The company specializes in the development and production of oncology drugs and nano-medicines, leveraging proprietary albumin-bound technology to create enhanced therapeutic formulations. Its lead program, SNA-001, is a generic version of the blockbuster chemotherapy drug Abraxane (nab-paclitaxel), currently being prepared for global regulatory submissions. In addition to its oncology focus, KS Biologics operates a medical aesthetics division that produces hyaluronic acid fillers and skin boosters. The company has established strategic international partnerships, including a significant licensing agreement with the Kalbe Group to commercialize its oncology pipeline in Southeast Asia.
