Company intelligence / Profile preview
KU Innovation Park, formerly known as the Bioscience and Technology Business Center (BTBC), is a nonprofit research park and economic development organization in Lawrence, Kansas focused on supporting bioscience and technology companies rather than developing its own therapeutic pipeline. The organization provides wet lab, dry lab, and office space alongside commercialization, business planning, financial modeling, grant management, and market research services for startups and growth-stage companies. It serves as the University of Kansas’s technology commercialization partner and operates as an independent coalition involving the university, local government, and regional business stakeholders. Its activities are concentrated on company incubation, innovation services, and regional cluster development, including the Innovation-to-Industry Cluster Accelerator (i2i), rather than drug discovery or clinical development.
