KYM Biosciences’ lead program, CMG901, an antibody-drug conjugate targeting Claudin 18.2 for gastric and related cancers, showed a favorable safety profile and encouraging anti-tumor efficacy in Phase I trials. In a subset of patients with Claudin 18.2-positive gastric/GEJ cancer treated with CMG901, the objective response rate was reported at up to 100% in certain dose cohorts. The program received Breakthrough Therapy Designation from Chinese regulators for advanced gastric cancer.
