La Comunidad Hispana

LCH Health and Community Services, formerly known as La Comunidad Hispana, is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) based in southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1973, the organization provides comprehensive, integrated health and community services to all members of the community regardless of their ability to pay. Their service model includes primary medical care, pediatrics, women's health, dental care, and behavioral health services. In addition to clinical care, LCH offers social assistance, legal support, and educational programs to address the social determinants of health for its diverse patient population.
