Laboratoires Jolly-Jatel was a French pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and commercialization of treatments for gastrointestinal and urological conditions. The company is most notably recognized for its flagship product, Spasfon (phloroglucinol), a widely used antispasmodic medication in France for treating spasmodic pain. In 2004, Jolly-Jatel was acquired by the Italian pharmaceutical group Recordati for approximately €117 million.
