Laboratorio Farmacéutico de Líquidos Orales, commonly known as Medilip, is a Cuban pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and large-scale production of oral liquid medications. Based in Bayamo, it operates as a key subsidiary of the state-run BioCubaFarma group and is the only facility in Cuba dedicated exclusively to liquid dosage forms such as syrups, solutions, and suspensions. The company supplies the Cuban national health system with essential medicines and exports its products to various international markets, particularly in Latin America and the Caribbean. Medilip maintains Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification and focuses on high-volume production of generic and proprietary liquid formulations.
