Overview

Laborizon is the leading medical biology laboratory group in Western France. As of 2019, it operated 105 laboratories—including six technical platforms—across Centre-Val de Loire, Brittany, Pays de la Loire and Ile-de-France. The company doubled its size since its founding in 2016 through more than 15 acquisitions and generated over €160 million in pro-forma sales for 2019. In August 2020, Biogroup acquired approximately 75% of Laborizon’s share capital. The former partners remain invested via a new holding within Biogroup’s Western region structure.
