Overview

Laekna is a clinical-stage biotech company founded in China in December 2016. It develops novel targeted therapies for oncology, liver fibrosis, and metabolic diseases. Its lead assets are LAE002 (an ATP competitive AKT inhibitor for ovarian/prostate/breast cancers and drug-resistant solid tumors) and LAE001 (an androgen synthesis inhibitor for prostate cancer).
