Lake Nona Institute

Lake Nona Institute is a non-profit, community-focused organization based in Orlando, Florida, that serves as the research and innovation arm of the Lake Nona master-planned community. Operating as a "living lab," the Institute develops, activates, and measures the impact of innovative technologies and programs designed to improve health, wellness, and sustainability. Its signature initiatives include the Lake Nona Life Project, a multi-generational longitudinal health study in collaboration with Johnson & Johnson, and the Lake Nona Impact Forum, an annual event that convenes global leaders to discuss health innovation. The Institute also manages WHIT (Wellness Home built on Innovation and Technology), an incubator for testing forward-thinking home health technologies in a real-world setting. Through these programs, the Institute aims to create scalable models for healthy, sustainable communities that can be replicated globally.
