Landmark Bio is a specialized contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) focused on accelerating the translation of next-generation advanced therapies from discovery to clinical and commercial production. Established as a public-benefit collaboration between Harvard University, MIT, Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies, Cytiva, and Alexandria Real Estate Equities, the company operates a state-of-the-art 44,000 square-foot facility in Watertown, Massachusetts. Landmark Bio provides end-to-end capabilities including process and analytical development, GMP manufacturing for cell and gene therapies, mRNA production, and fill-and-finish services. In April 2025, the company was acquired by Artis BioSolutions to serve as a primary hub for advanced therapy manufacturing in the United States.
