Larkspur Health Acquisition

Larkspur Health Acquisition was a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company formed to identify and merge with a biotechnology or biopharmaceutical business. It completed a $75 million initial public offering in December 2021 and was sponsored by Larkspur Health LLC. In July 2022, Larkspur announced a business combination with ZyVersa Therapeutics, and the transaction closed on December 12, 2022. Following the closing, the combined company operated as ZyVersa Therapeutics and began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker ZVSA. Larkspur itself was not an operating drug-development company and did not have an independent therapeutic pipeline.
