Laurel Health System

Laurel Health System is a community-based healthcare provider headquartered in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, serving the populations of Tioga County and the surrounding Southern Tier of New York. The system offers a comprehensive continuum of care, including primary care, dental services, behavioral health, and senior living facilities. In October 2018, Laurel Health System finalized an affiliation agreement with UPMC Susquehanna (now part of UPMC North Central), integrating its acute care and senior living assets into the UPMC network. The Laurel Health Centers continue to operate as Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) look-alikes, providing affordable outpatient services to the region.
