Lemmon Company was a prominent American pharmaceutical firm specializing in the manufacture and distribution of generic prescription drugs. Based in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, the company gained significant recognition for its diverse portfolio of small molecule therapeutics across multiple therapeutic areas, including central nervous system disorders and pain management. Notably, Lemmon was the final U.S. manufacturer of the sedative-hypnotic medication Quaalude before its discontinuation in the early 1980s.
