Company intelligence / Profile preview
LeukoSight Inc. was an early-stage biotechnology company based in College Park, Maryland, that specialized in developing novel therapeutics for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Founded in 2007 by Dr. David M. Mosser, a professor at the University of Maryland, the company utilized a platform of recombinant immunoregulatory molecules and small molecule therapeutics. Its research pipeline targeted a range of conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, and sepsis, by modulating immune cell responses. Despite receiving support from the Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) and NIH Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) grants, the company ceased operations in late 2025. Its former web domain has since been repurposed by unrelated entities.
