LexaGene developed the MiQLab System—an automated genetic analyzer for rapid pathogen detection with applications in veterinary diagnostics, human clinical diagnostics, food/water safety testing. The system was commercialized but the company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in February 2023. Its assets were acquired by Meridian LGH Holdings and subsequently transferred to a new entity ("LexaGene Life Sciences") formed to further develop and commercialize the technology. No current clinical trial results as it is a diagnostic device.
