LianBio was a cross-border biotechnology company focused on bringing innovative medicines from global partners into China and other Asian markets. The company built a diversified pipeline through licensing deals with leading biopharma companies, targeting major unmet needs across cardiovascular, oncology, ophthalmology, and inflammatory diseases. Key assets included mavacamten (sold to BMS), NBTXR3 radioenhancer (assigned to Janssen/J&J), infigratinib for gastric cancers, TP‑03 eye drops for Demodex blepharitis, and BBP‑398 SHP2 inhibitor.
